If you have any household cats: We recommend isolating the foster cat(s) in a separate bathroom/bedroom at first. A gradual introduction to any other household pets is always best, but first make sure neither cat has anything contagious.

Purrfect Friends has a strict NO DECLAW policy. Potential adopters have to sign a contract that they will never have the Purrfect Friends cat declawed.

I understand that a Purrfect Friends appointed veterinarian will care for all foster pets and I am not authorized to take this foster cat or kitten to my vet without the approval from Purrfect Friends Executive Director (Diane Cummins) or the Medical Assessment volunteer, Regina Dior. Purrfect Friends (as necessary) may be able to provide food, crate, toys, etc as needed during fostering. If I have any problems I agree to call either Diane Cummins (513-633-6895) or Regina Dior (513-807-9846) IMMEDIATELY so someone can resolve the issue whether medical or behavioral in nature. I understand that there is no guarantee concerning the temperament or behavior of foster cat. I also understand that Purrfect Friends and any individual or organization associate with PF will be held harmless for the cat's actions while living with the foster parent, as well as, for any costs or damages incurred as result of the cat's conduct.
