Please read the following information about adopting before applying.
- Applicants typically must live within 100 miles of Cincinnati, OH.
- Kittens do best when they have a friend – we highly recommend kittens be adopted in pairs.
- Out of consideration for the time and energy of our volunteers, we ask that you fill out our application completely. Incomplete applications cannot / will not be processed.
- Must be 21+ to apply.
- It is not necessary to have a specific cat or kitten in mind to adopt – you may leave that field blank, and we are happy to make recommendations based off of your application. Our specialty is making sure we find the best fit for cats and kittens and their adopters!
- We require an approved application before scheduling a meet and greet. Our cats are fostered in our volunteers' homes, and this ensures safety for all involved.
- You can meet some of our available cats at the adoption events held every other Saturday at Mason Petsmart and sometimes at our other partner stores. Please check out our Facebook Events page for the latest dates and times of adoption events.
- We appreciate your patience! We are all volunteers, and it may take us up to 48 hours to respond to your application. If you do not hear from us within that time, please feel free to reach out to check on the status.
Vetting
Prior to adoption, all of our available cats and kittens have been:
- Spayed / neutered
- Tested for FIV & FeLV after 3-4 week quarantine period
- Vaccinated with age-appropriate vaccines
- Microchipped
- Flea treated and dewormed
Adoption Fees
- Adult cats (12 months +) $60 or two adults for $100
- Kittens less than 12 months of age $75 for one, or a pair for $125
- Please note, these fees do not apply for cats that we courtesy list on our site . Details about these cats will be in their individual listings.
